The Fully Submerged Fiber Rotary Disk Filter is highly efficient, energy-saving equipment designed for solid-liquid separation and advanced water treatment. This system features a central rotating drum, filtering disk panels, backwashing system, and supporting electrical controls for optimal performance.
Operating Principle
Raw water flows through special fiber filter cloth on the disks into the drum, with filter pores as fine as 10μm effectively intercepting impurities. When accumulated impurities cause liquid level to reach set value, the backwash device automatically activates, suctioning trapped debris into sewage pipes for discharge.
Applications
Extensively used for upgrading existing wastewater treatment plants (improving from Class 1B to Class 1A discharge standards), reusing industrial production water (cooling water in steel and power plants), urban miscellaneous water reuse, and aquaculture water treatment.
